You guys don't even see what happens on the video, just a bunch of sounds. For all we know, he could've been a serious meth head. They can take way more damage than a regular person would.

who cares how many times he got shot, it would have ended the same way even if he only got shot 2 or 3 times. him being dead and 'merica saving the day

Shoot to stop, not shoot to kill. If the situation went ideal, he would have been taken down (disabling aggressive use of weapon), cuffed, and serve time in jail.
