Questions about Minecraft...

I am looking to set up a multiplayer server for the beta, however, the dynamic of the site changed a bit and I no longer can find the executable in order to get the port number. I am under the assumption, notch is working on beta multiplayer (along with the rest of beta) but, I believe all the old alpha servers, that were updated to beta, are still working. Based off of my assumption though, this shouldn't be happening then.... It maybe fixed along with the rest of the bugs tomorrow but, I figured asking about it here...

tl;dr: Can anyone help me create a beta server? Youtube is useless to me right now.

Also, if we do get a beta server going, would anyone like to partake in a UX server? Single player is quite lonely...

Why didn't I look their first? Thanks a bunch and cool. Is there any reason why you stopped at port forwarding?

I am working on it now. Where did you stop? I am setting up a static IP right now but the rest doesn't seem too tough. I would have a server for UX but, my connection can barely hold me in the room much less you guys.

Well after trying to port forward like 50 times I sort of gave up.
And it's not so much as the connection (well it's a big part too) but the machine it's running on, cause it puts some work on your computer.

Lol very true. I should go out and buy 2 2GB stick of DDR 2 or maybe DDR 3 since I only have 2 GB of memory.

And I was admin, I would let you make the biggest diamond house you want....then I would LOIC it.
