Well the hot topics in EA said (if you haven't received the e-mail) to contact them to get a code.

So after waiting a bloody hour, I talked with an advisor, they asked me my gamertag, I told them, waited some more. And then, "I am sorry the tool is not working now, please contact us in 3-4 hours."

Then the advisor disconnected.
