We've got eight staff, and the way I see it, it's still such a small amount that decision making really isn't much of an issue, and it's way easier to keep matches going, host matches more often, and remove the possibility of a delayed or canceled match. I'd only consider removing Staff that don't do anything or aren't active enough.

Since Eaustinn hasn't had his Xbox I've seen him a lot more on the forums than normal, so naturally he catches that stuff a lot more than the rest of us do.

Also the main purpose of the staff team isn't to moderate the forums, you're right, one guy could do that. It's to host games and help other new people that join. Granted, we all moderate as well, but it still isn't the main purpose.

Honestly being here for 3 years, we have the best staff team now than ever. We work extremely well together, and rarely have problems. Once in a while a topic is deleted that shouldn't be, and we discuss what happened and how to avoid it in our staff section. We are constantly improving and always have something in the works (about 10 things right now, I wish we had MORE staff members.)

Has this only been created to insult Eaustinn's reputation when he suppressed your provocative, unreasonable behaviour, Shef? His decisions were fair, in my opinion, and I think your reaction is the one comprising of prejudice. Do you seriously believe that you are entitled to behave disrespectfully with immunity, suffering no consequences but others' dissatisfaction?

Eaustinn believes in the forum's rules - convinced they are right and should be enforced correctly - which is the reason it is doubtful he would misapply rules due to personal feelings. You are the issue, not him, and I think your arrogance from a flawed position (inappropriate behaviour) is disgraceful.

Frankly, you cannot deny your negative, disparging behaviour, or claim that these offenses were 'accidental'. Why should you receive lenience, Shef, when you are clearly disruptive? It is pathetic that you portray Eaustinn as 'bad' for enforcing rules FAIRLY whilst you've overtly behaved extremely immaturely in violation of rules.

You have less credibility compared to Eaustinn, Shef, and your attempt to defame the integrity of his valid decisions to effectively defend negative behaviour is shameful.

Cry vengeance - kinda dark on my point of view but is a nice guy
eaustinn36 - my fave host and he is pretty cool if you get to know him
Eaglendia - most random person on ux
Super Mega King - i fear of his voice but he gets the job done.
