UX Forza 3 Race - Event #14 (1/8/11) - [completed]

This will be Event #14. I need minimum 5-8 people to attend, otherwise it will be canceled due to a lack of players.

The Event will be on: Saturday, 8:00pm EST.

Specific in-game rules will be explained in lobby. For an idea of what to expect, see the topic under rules and regulations. Events consist of 3 races each and have a winner for each one. The winners (in addition to in-game credits) will receive a prize credits (see topic under "rules and regulations" for more info). Restrictions in each race can be limited by year, make, model, country of origin, region of origin, class, body-style, production/track, horsepower, or specific Performance Index (PI). After each race, the results will be posted below for all races.

Restrictions for each event will be announced below. Most events are limited to STOCK vehicles only; however, a few races will allow upgrades (this is to take out any advantage due to good tuning). The tracks and corresponding lap numbers are also listed.

The car restrictions are listed in order of occurrence (so we use the top of the list first), but the tracks are NOT. So don't go tuning your car for a certain track, because tracks are done in random order from the list.

***If you don't own a certain stock vehicle, don't worry, ALL stock vehicles are provided in game for multiplayer races.

Restrictions for this event are as follows:

1. European Supercars - Make and model limited to one of the following cars below. Only ONE person can choose each car, so claim in now in this topic before the event starts! Remaining unclaimed cars (or claimed, but the person doesn't show) will be distributed in the lobby (stock only)

2. German Classic - Any German production car from 1970 - 1985 is allowed, including 1970 and 1985. Car PI can not exceed 700, so in other words, S class is as high as you can go (upgrades allowed)

3. Porsche 911 Showdown - Any Porsche production 911 series model is allowed. PI rating can not exceed 800, so in other words, R3 is as high as you can go (upgrades allowed)

- Le Mans Full (new version) / 3 laps (race #2)

- Nürburgring Nordschleife / 2 laps (race #3)

**The event has been postponed to a later date since we could not meet the minimum to host it today (although we had some good practice runs in).

The date will be updated later in the week; it will probably be sometime very early January.

Check the restrictions for the first race and claim your car ASAP! It is stock only, so don't worry about the cost. This event will probably happen Jan 1st or 2nd from the looks of it.

*Event has been postponed until next week (I saw this coming since it was new year's and all).

NOTE: If you haven't claimed a car yet, make sure you choose from the remaining selection for the first race of event 14 (listed above). Remember, if a certain person does not attend on raceday, that claimed car would then be up for grabs in the lobby.

Since you'll have an extra week, try to prepare for this one guys.
