The Corruption (Game Topic)

Welcome to the Corruption.
All players have been sent a private message detailing their role. Here's your guide to the people you'll be tangling with over the next few days:

And one member of the Omega Faction.

Remember to read the rules: those of your role, and it's also important to understand those of others.
There might not be anyone out there you can trust.
Remember also that though you've been given a character, roleplaying might be dangerous: giving away who you are publicly can get you killed, which is why you've got the opportunity to use the message board at night.

Magical Interference: If two or more players use a Scrying ability on the same person during the same night, both of them will receive no results.

The First Day Begins---

Yet another corpse has been discovered, hidden away in town: the Slayer and the Corrupt have returned. Looks like he was killed just the night before. You're able to identify the destroyed body as the Narrator, played by the user Eaglendia.

This is a devastating loss, but you feel like you're going to have to go on. One by one, the townsfolk begin to gather, to decide what must be done about this atrocity.

Nothing is on the town's bulletin board today.

Hm, well the first body belongs to our beloved Narrator. Without him, our lives are sure to be much more confusing, and without direction. What do you guys think could have happened here?

Well I guess someone who really wanted him dead, or someone who wanted to experiment with annoyingly meta modes of storytelling.

Hey also is dressing the body up in sunglasses and puppeteering it into a lifelike state a la "Weekend at Bernie's" an action copacetic with the medium we exist in.

What do I need to do to make that an action.

Does this mean that MSPC 2 isn't happening?

I don't think we have anything to go on, do we? Obviously he's dead, and... that's about all we know. I vote no one

The First Night

The users decide that with such little evidence, lynching someone would be pointless; such a shot in the dark would reduce their numbers. As the sun begins to set, they decide to reconvene the next day and further discuss the issue of the Corrupt.

Posting in the thread during night is not allowed. Please PM me your night actions, if you are able, with "Night 1" somewhere in the subject line. I will wait about 24 hours before assuming you aren't acting. You will not know the effect of your night actions until the morning, and can only write on the bulletin board before taking an action.

The Second Day Begins---

Strangely enough, no corpses have turned up in the town square.

Now, taking into factor everyone's desperation for life: Pointing the finger of suspicion is going to get us all lynched, Flask. We have not progressed in terms of investigation or identification, therefore we shouldn't even be giving each other the stink eye.
