Lost Man Diary (Part 2)

Day 8 - Almost sleepless nights, constant moanings. I tried the rehab center my brother, Terry was at. We have mostly been quite listening to the radio for hints on whats going on out there. Still zombie stuff.

Day 9 - Were running low on food, mickys arm is swollen and looks infected. Probably need to find some help for him. No answer from the police or the rehab center.

Day 10 - Nearly out on food all we have left are some crackers and some chips. Need to figure something out quick.

Day 11 - No food. The guy on the radio keeps talking about underground city. Have know idea what hes talkin about, says its a survivor city. My try to get in.

Day 12 - Micks got a bad infection. Maybe theirs some help at Underground City. Getting hungry.

Day 13 - Thats it im tired of sitting here waiting to die. Me and Mick have decided to get out of here and go to Underground. The DJ said it was on Fifth and Walton. Its about a 30 minute walk to there. Leaving tommorow.

Day 14 - We made it. It was an underground 2 story parking lot, there was a makeshift gate that block us from the dead end street. We stood by the gate for an hour until a man came to the gate and told us to get lost. I told him I wanted in and was told their limit was full. I told them I had someone with a wound and he asked if he was bitten i said no a explosion. He said he would take him in until he was healed. But to stay permanetly I was asked to do a favor. He wants me to go to a old police storage unit and bring back ammo.

Day 15 - Aghhh! I got to the the storage unit, but one of those zombies almost got me I blew his brains out. I twisted my foot on a curb. Its swolled up pretty badly. The definatly wasnt a normal unit these are weapons taken from criminals and terriost, Ak's , Grenades, and even a few homemade bombs and a map that shows the location to other units. Ive made a place to sleep and took a MP5 with a custom site. Dont know what its called though.

Day 16 - Gathered up some ammo and other gear and put them into a backpack that I found Im going to head out soon.

Day 17 - Made It back. I found some fresh clothes to put on so I dont stink that badly.The guard took them and introduced himself as Herold Reed and I introduced myself. He said i might want to go see the mayor of this place. So I met this mayor guy named Dawkins no first or last name just Dawkins he welcomed me too town. He asked me if i was going to stay in town and i sayed yes. He then asked what job I wanted since I helped out Herold.

Im not a big fan of the format your using. When you skip through the days like this, we miss alot of the details you COULD have included. Take your time with your entries. You dont need to put them all out at once. Try writing a full diary entry every couple of days.

ugh. me again...

So yes what dead ape said and getting weapons like that from a police station? I don't care if its Compton's police station, they don't hold weapons for long especially from an attempt terrorist attack. If it were an FBI armory that would be more believable. Sorry for being so goddamn picky but I just want to get some more good writers in here. It is always good to find a great story every now and then.
