The Doctor Shao Diaries ENTRY 9

ENTRY 9:
In my time alone, I've began studying the undead that are inhabiting the city, or maybe even the world. It seems they're just reanimated corpses that are motivated by human flesh, but there are many questions that come along with this. Where did they come from? Why human flesh? Etc, etc.

On the topic of where they came from, I believe government testing, others may believe different. When you think about it, the possibilities are endless. On the undead themselves, they are powered only by the brain. They aren't in need of stomach, heart, bladder, etc.. I've seen one that had no legs or arms, just crawling....never tiring.

Back at the warehouse, the others were talking about the different infected they saw, and I didn't think twice about taking notes. With the combination of my theories and their studies, I've came up with this:

If you happened to be bitten by one of these "zombies", you'll become one of them. The time between changes varies. It could be months to minutes. Becoming infected, your skin wastes away along with basic intellect. In some cases, some of them have changed in a drastically different way. Some have gained extreme strength and muscle, others have become explosive. These changes may depend on blood type, but I'm not 100% sure.

As I've said before, they run on human flesh, but how do they find it? It might just be by sighting a human, but if my calculations are correct, they can smell it.
