Q: Why is SilentShot here?
A: Citricz wasn't playing and I decided this would be more exciting than watching Tophat die without an active partner. His limit gauge is at 40% because that's what it would be right now were it him getting beaten in Dr. Doom's stead.

Q: What the fuck happened to my actions?
A: Pay attention to how many actions you have and what effects are on you each round, but also what you use. Remember that defending must be the last action you take in a round - and I can't switch the order of your actions for you like I did for everyone in Meaningless Battle I. The rules are rules - if you post a defense first, you will defend, unless some more specific ruling like an item or ability says otherwise.
